im new to this and just payed for a membership plan…but i cant watch any of the videos. im a bit disappointed…can this be fixed because i dont really have money to throw away willy-nilly.

@_chibi_ I can see your membership level and you signed up for the voting/support tier. You will only have access to a few videos (mostly older content) can I ask which videos you are trying to watch?

@_CHIBI_ to access Grimm you would need a 4 week membership or higher. The only full show that is available on the voting tier is Teen Wolf and those are the youtube cuts that were blocked.

I was wondering if people might have the same problem I currently have. There are episodes, where the video will not load. The player just keeps loading. I tried different browsers and on Pc and mobile.

These are the shows I watch and everything before these episodes is not working
Grey’s S16E14
Station 19 S3E3
911 S6E10
Revenge S2E9
Gilmore Girls S2E7

I looked and all of those videos are loading just fine for me. You might want to try and clear your cache.
